— Grand Opening set for April 11th —

KANSAS CITY, MO (April 4th, 2017) – P. Moore & Moore BBQ is proud to announce the opening of their second location, inside the historic Adam’s Mark Hotel. First established in October 2015, P. Moore & Moore BBQ quickly garnered local support from BBQ enthusiasts. After quickly expanding their original location off Noland road in Independence MO, the small family owned business is ready to become a major player in the Kansas City BBQ scene.

“We are thrilled to have Moore & Moore BBQ in the Adam’s Mark Hotel” stated Jason C. Milbradt, General Manager and Executive Director “We are excited about the authenticity and the sense of community that Moore & Moore BBQ brings to the hotel.” Since the early 1900s, the words “Kansas City” and “BBQ” have been Interchangeable. BBQ still stands as the city’s signature cuisine today.

“It’s an honor and privilege to be a successful African American woman to own and open a restaurant directly across from the stadiums” stated owner, Patricia Moore, “…we are looking forward to serving the Greater Kansas City, and surrounding Cities.”

“This has been a huge opportunity for Moore & Moore BBQ,” says owner and pitmaster Gary Moore. Moore & Moore BBQ’s Grand Opening celebration and ribbon cutting is set for Tuesday, April 11th, just a day after the Home Opener of the neighboring Kansas City Royals.
